【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesmethodsformeasuringtheend-to-endtransittimeofthedomesticandcross-borderprioritysinglepiecelettermail,collected,processedanddistributedbypostalserviceoperators.Itconsidersmethodsusingarepresentativeend-to-endsampleofalltypesofsinglepieceaddressedlettermail.End-to-endisdefinedasfromthepointmailisplacedintothecollection/acceptancesystemundertheresponsibilityofthepostaloperators,tothefinaldeliverypointundertheresponsibilityofthepostaloperators.Theoveralltransittimequality-of-serviceresultistobeexpressedaspercentageofmaildeliveredwithinJ+ndaysend-to-endaccordingtotheECpostaldirective.Thisqualityofserviceindicatordoesnotmeasurethepostaloperator'soverallperformanceinawaythatprovidesdirectcomparisonofpostalserviceoperators,anddoesnotincludeotherserviceperformanceindicatorsthanthoserelatedtotransittime.InparticularthisEuropeanStandarddoesnotmeasurewhetherthetimingofthelastcollectionofthedaymeetscustomer'srequirements.Itspecifiesasetofrequirementsforthedesignofaqualityofservicemeasuringsystemforsinglepieceprioritymail,involvingtheselectionanddistributionoftestitemsentandreceivedbyselectedpanellists.Thesampledesigngivesthespecificationsfortheitemtoberepresentativeoftherealmailflows.ThisEuropeanStandardrelatestothemeasurementoftheso-called"normal"servicesgiventoprivatepersons/householdsandbusinessesthatpostmailatstreetletterboxes,overthecounteratpostoffices,havepickupsattheirofficesorgivetheirmaildirectlyatpostalserviceoperatorssortingcentres.FortechnicalreasonsthisEuropeanStandardmaynotinallpartsbesuitableforthemeasuringofverysmallvolumesofmailandforoperatorswithlimitedcoverage.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableformeasuringtheend-to-endtransittimedistributionoflargebulkmailers'servicesandhybridmail,whichrequiredifferentmeasurementsystemsandmethodologies,iThisEuropeanStandardincludesspecificationsforthequalitycontrolandauditingofthemeasurementsystem.

适用范围
本标准规定了可燃性粉尘环境用电气设备用外壳和限制表面温度保护的粉尘防爆照明开关（以下简称照明开关）的产品分类、基本参数、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。 本标准适用于含有可燃性粉尘环境的照明开关的设计、制造与检验。 本标准不适用于那些不需要大气中的氧即可燃烧的炸药粉尘或自然引火物质。在可以同时出现或分别出现可燃性气体和可燃性粉尘的环境中使用的电气设备，要求增加一些附加保护措施。本标准不适用于沼气和/或可燃性粉尘引起危险的煤矿井下用电气设备。
