【摘要】:Themajororganicconstituentsinindustrialwastewaterneedtobeidentifiedforsupportofeffectivein-plantorpollutioncontrolprograms.Currently,themostpracticalmeansfortentativelyidentifyingandmeasuringarangeofvolatileorganiccompoundsisgas-liquidchromatography.1.1Thistestmethodcoversawiderangeofalcoholswithvariousstructuresandboilingpointsthatcanbeseparatedanddetectedquantitativelyinwaterandwastewaterataminimumdetectionlimitofapproximately1mg/Lbyaqueous-injectiongas-liquidchromatography.Thistestmethodcanalsobeusedtodetectothervolatileorganiccompoundsqualitatively.Organicacids,amines,andhighboiling,highlypolarcompoundsarenotreadilydetectableunderthissetofconditions.Foranalysisoforganicswithsimilarfunctionalities,refertoothertestmethodsinVolumes11.01and11.02oftheAnnualBookofASTMStandards.1.2ThistestmethodutilizestheproceduresandprecautionsasdescribedinPracticeD2908.Utilizetheproceduresandprecautionsasdescribedtherein.1.3ThistestmethodhasbeenusedsuccessfullywithreagentgradeTypeIIandnaturalchlorinatedtapwaters.Itistheuser''sresponsibilitytoassurethevalidityofthistestmethodforanyuntestedmatrices.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thispracticeestablishesthebasicparametersfortheapplicationandcontrolofthedigitalradiologicmethod.Thispracticeiswrittensoitcanbespecifiedontheengineeringdrawing,specification,orcontract.ItwillrequireadetailedproceduredelineatingthetechniqueorprocedurerequirementsandshallbeapprovedbytheCEO.1.1Thispracticeestablishestheminimumrequirementsforradiologicalexaminationformetallicandnonmetallicmaterialusingadigitaldetectorarray(DDA)system.1.2Therequirementsinthispracticeareintendedtocontrolthequalityofradiologicimagesandarenotintendedtoestablishacceptancecriteriaforpartsormaterials.1.3ThispracticecoverstheradiologicexaminationwithDDAsincludingDDAsdescribedinPracticeE2597suchasadevicethatcontainsaphotoconductorattachedtoaThinFilmTransistor(TFT)readoutstructure,adevicethathasaphosphorcoupleddirectlytoanamorphoussiliconread-outstructure,anddeviceswhereaphosphoriscoupledtoaCMOS(Complementarymetalx2013;oxidex2013;semiconductor)array,aLinearDetectorArray(LDA)oraCCD(chargecoupleddevice)crystallinesiliconread-outstructure.1.4TheDDAshallbeselectedforanNDTapplicationbasedonknowledgeofthetechnologydescribedinGuide,andoftheselectedDDApropertiesprovidedbythemanufacturerinaccordancewithPracticeE2597.1.5TherequirementsofthispracticeandPracticeshallbeusedtogetherandbothbeapprovedbytheCEOLevel3inRadiographybeforeinspectionofproductionhardware.TherequirementsofPracticewillprovidethebaselineevaluationandlongtermstabilitytestproceduresfortheDDAsystem.1.6TherequirementsinthispracticeshallbeusedwhenplacingaDDAintoNDTserviceand,beforebeingplacedintoservice,anestablishedbaselineofsystemqualificationshallbeperformedinaccordancewithPractice.1.7TechniquesandapplicationsemployedwithDDAsarediverse.Thispracticeisnotintendedtobelimitingorrestrictive.RefertoGuidesE94,E1000,,TerminologyE1316,PracticeE747andE1025,Fed.Std.Nos.21CFR1020.40and29CFR1910.96foralistofdocumentsthatprovideadditionalinformationandguidance.
