【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcovershublesscastironsoilpipeandfittingsforuseingravityflowapplications.Itestablishesstandardscoveringmaterial,manufacture,mechanicalandchemicalproperties,dimensions,coating,testmethods,inspection,certification,andproductmarkingforhublesscastironsoilpipeandfittings.Thesepipeandfittingsareintendedfornon-pressureapplications,astheselectionofthepropersizeforsanitarydrain,waste,vent,andstormdrainsystemsallowsfreeairspaceforgravitydrainage.1.2TheEDP/ASAnumbersindicatedinthissectionrepresentaUniformIndustryCodeadoptedbytheAmericanSupplyAssociation(ASA).Agroupdesignationprefix,022,isassignedtohublessproducts,followedbythefour-digitidentificationassignedtoindividualitemsandacheckdigit.ThissystemhasbeeninstitutedtofacilitateEDPcontrolthroughdistributionchannels,andistobeuseduniversallyinorderingandspecifyingproductitems.ThoseitemswithnoEDPnumbersareeithernew,special,ortransitoryandwillbeassignednumbersonsubsequentprintsofthisspecification.1.3Thisspecificationcoverspipeandfittingsofthefollowingpatternsandappliestoanyotherpatternsthatconformwiththeapplicablerequirementsgiveninthisspecification.1.3.1Lengths1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsshallberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesshallbeforinformationonly.Metricconversionsinaretotwodecimalplaces;allothermetricconversionsareroundedtothenearestwholenumber.1.5ThecommitteewithjurisdictionoverthisstandardisawareofanothercomparablestandardpublishedbytheCastIronSoilPipeInstitute,CISPI301.Note1Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnotesthatprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthestandard.
