【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofmincingmachinesusedinastationaryposition.Themachinescoveredbythisstandardareusedforsizereductionoffreshorfrozenmeat,meatproductsandfishbycuttinginasetofcuttingtools.Mincingmachinesfordomesticusesarenotincludedinthisstandard.FillingmincersarecoveredbyprEN12463"Foodprocessingmachinery-Fillingmachinesandauxiliarymachines-Safetyandhygienerequirements".Thisstandardappliesonlytomachinesthataremanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.Mincingmachinesinconnectionwithusingaholdtorunfootswitcharenotcoveredbythisstandard.1.2Thisstandardcoversthefollowingtypes:-Mincingmachinewithtray,feedintakeandpusher,diameter<52mmonfeedintake(seeFigure5)-Mincingmachinewithtray,feedintake,restrictorplateandpusher,diameter>52mmonfeedintake(seeFigure6)-Mincingmachinewithfeedintakehopperandcover,screwconveyor,with1)orwithoutmixingscrewinfeedintakehopper(seeFigure7)-Mincingmachinewithfeedintakehopper,withorwithoutcover,screwconveyor,with1)orwithoutmixingscrewinfeedintakehopper,withloadingdevice(continuouslyordiscontinuously)Mincingmachinescompriseamachinebase,awormcasingwithaworm,afeedintaketrayorhopper,ascrewconveyor(andsometimesanadditionalmixingscrewinthefeedintakehopper),asetofcuttingtools,alocknut,aloadingdevice,adrivemotorand,dependingonmachinetype,electrical,hydraulicandpneumaticcomponents.Theywillalsohavevarioussafeguardingdevicesasexamplesinclause5.Mincingmachinesmaybeequippede.g.with-anextractionclaw,-anejectororextractor,-aprotectivehoodoverthedischargeoutlet,-acoverovertheinletopeningofthefeedintakehopper,-atransportcarriageforthelocknut,thesetofcuttingtools,thewormandthescrewconveyor,-aliftingdeviceforthelocknut,thesetofcuttingtools,thewormandthescrewconveyor,-aloadingdevice.1.3IntendeduseThefreshorfrozenmeat,meatproductorthefishisfedmanuallyorbymeansoftheloadingdeviceintothemincingmachine.Theproductisfedtothewormeitherbymeansofapusherorascrewconveyorandsizereducedinthesetofcuttingtools.Itisnotintendedthatmincingmachinesarecleanedwithpressurizedwater.However,itistobeforeseenthatitisdifficulttoguaranteethatthismethodwillneverbeusedinpractice.Inordertodealwiththiseventuality,therequirementsof5.3.3.2shouldapply.Intendeduseisdefinedin3.12ofEN292-1:1991.
