【摘要】:ISO19706:2006isintendedtoserveasgeneralguidelinesfortheassessmentofthefirethreattopeople.Itencompassesthedevelopment,evaluationanduseofrelevantquantitativeinformationforuseinfirehazardandriskassessment.Thisinformation,generallyobtainedfromfire-incidenceinvestigation,firestatistics,real-scalefiretestsandfromphysicalfiremodels,isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithcomputationalmodelsforanalysisoftheinitiationanddevelopmentoffire,firespread,smokeformationandmovement,chemicalspeciesgeneration,transportanddecayandpeoplemovement,aswellasfiredetectionandsuppression[ISO/TR13387(allparts)].AspectsofthemethodologydescribedherearefurtheramplifiedinISO/TS13571andISO13344.ISO19706:2006isintendedtofacilitateaddressingtheconsequencesofasingleacutehumanexposuretofireeffluent.Othereffectsoftheheat,gasesandaerosols(suchaseffectsonelectronicequipmentandeffectsoffrequent,multipleenvironmentalexposuresofpeople),whichareofimportanceinfiresafetydesign,areaddressedelsewhere.
