【摘要】:RADTObjectModelasaBasisforCommunication8212;TheRADTobjectmodelisthefirstmodelusedtocreateacommonlibraryofconsistententities(objects)andtheirattributesintheterminologyofobjectanalyticalmodelsasappliedtothehealthcaredomain.Theseobjectmodelscanbeusedtoconstructandrefinestandardsrelatingtohealtcareinformationanditsmanagement.SincetheRADTobjectmodelunderpinsthedesignandimplementationofspecificsystems,itprovidestheframeworkforestablishingthesystematicsofmanagingobservationsmadeduringhealthcare.Theobservationsrecordedduringhealthcarenotonlybecomethebasisformanaginganindividual''shealthcarebypractitionersbutarealsousedforresearchandresourcemanagement.Theydefinethecommonlanguageforabstractingandcodifyingobservations.TheinconsistencyandincompletenessofthedatarecordedinpaperrecordsiswellknownandhasbeennotedbytheInstituteofMedicine''sstudy(4).TheabilitytobuildtherecommendedEHRbeginswithRADT,asnotedinPracticeE1239.AmoredetailedspecificationoftheRADTprocessanditsspecificfunctionaldomainshallbeginwithaformalmodel.Furthermore,followingagreementontheinitialmodel,thatmodelshallevolveasknowledgeaccumulatesandtheinitialviewofthehealthcaredomainextendstoothersocialandpsychologicprocessesthatlinkhealthcarewithotherfunctionaldomainsofsociety.Themanagementoflifelongcasesofcare,suchasthoseofbirthdefectsinnewborns,willinvolveinteractionswithsocialworkandeducationalfunctionaldomainsofexperience.Ithasbeenrecognizedforsometime(5)thatax201C;healthcareteam,x201D;inthebroadersense,isinvolvedindealingwiththesecomplexcases.TheRADTmodelisthecoretolinkingthesefunctionaldomainstogetherinatransparentway.Forthatreason,theobjectterminologyisusedtoenablethemostglobalviewandvernacularthatwillfacilitatecommunicationamongtechnicalspecialtiesthatparticipateinmanagingsomeaspectofhealthcareorthatbuildsystemstomanagetherequiredinformation.CommonTerminologyasaBasisforEducation8212;Theuseofmodelsandtheirassociatedterminologyimpliesthateducationofthehealthcarepractitionersshallincorporatethisviewtoasignificantextent.Whileadetailedspecificationofsystemsrequiresextensivelexiconsofcarefullydefinedterms,amoreunderstandableterminologyshallevolvefortheprocessofeducatingpractitionersduringtheirformaleducationaswellascontinuingtoeducatecurrentpractionersconcerninghowthisnewtechnologycanbeintegratedwiththeirexistingpractices.Thischallengehasyettobemet,buttheobjectsandmodelingconceptspresentedhereareintendedtobenamedwiththemostintuitivetitlesinordertopromoteclearunderstandingduringtheiruseininstruction.Nevertheless,relatingtheseobjectsandtheirpropertiestoeverydaypracticeremainsasignificantchallenge,forboththeimplementorsofsystemsandeducators.Theperspectivescatalogedherecanbeusedinthecreationofsystemdocumentationandcurricularepresentedinavarietyofmedia.1.1ThispracticeisintendedtoamplifyPracticeE1239andtocomplementPracticeE1384bydetailingtheobjectsthatmakeupthereservation,registration,admitting,discharge,andtransfer(RADT)functionaldomainofthecomputer-basedrecordofcare(CPR).AsidentifiedinPracticeE1239,thisdomainisseminaltoallpatientrecordandancillarysystemfunctions,includingmessagingfunctionsu......
